Location was THE BEST, room airy with kitchenette, dinning table plus shower/tub and professional staff from the front desk to the bellboys. There were hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom, and I enjoyed that.

Pay attention to hair while cleaning.

Place was new and fantastic and next to El Centro. Personnel was accommodating on the reception desk. Got private bathroom with a bidet. Tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge, and an oven were available for cooking. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

Staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Very attentative to our needs. Location was close to some sites and within walking distance to good eateries and a laundromat .

Booked.net has buffet breakfast listed as an inclusion. Thereis no buffet breakfast facilities available at the hotel. The continental beakfast was good though.

If you get a room facing the street, don't plan on getting any sleep. I moved hotels after 3 nights. Front office staff were not interested at all in customer service

The room/apt was beatufilly decorated- very modern , clean lines. The breakfast delivered to the room each day was another treat and unepected surprise.

The shower door that is only half of a door looks very cool but really doesn't work well at all. Each day we were mopping up lots of water all over the bathroom floor and didn't care for that at all.

The hotel studio apartment style provides all necessary for a longer stay. It was like having one’s own apartment. Quiet & clean.

The hotel concierge (front desk) was not equipped with up-to-date and necessary information required by an out of town visitor – three times sending me to out of business vendors. FD was Helpful, but not friendly.

The location is just great, it is in Recoleta, in a very calm street. The room has microwave, a small fridge and a sink, so you can set your own meal if you wish. They don't have restaurant and the breakfast was served in the room. We traveled with our 1 year and 5 months daughter, and he had a great time there.

The fact that I booked with the understanding that I would have access to a gym and sauna. This was not the case. For someone who works out daily this was a great disappointment and effected my impression of the hotel. A bit variation in the breakfast menu would not hurt

The front desk staff were very helpful in providing recommendations and organizing our chosen activities and transport arrangements especially as we had no Spanish language skills. Internet access was also excellent.
